The history
of our company
The company "Les Craquelins de Saint Malo" was founded in 1923. Since then, it has been making crackers, traditional puffed breads to be spread for breakfast, aperitif and meal.
While expanding its range, the company has always known how to preserve the authenticity of its know-how and promote its Breton origin (particularly through membership of the "Product in Brittany" association).

is growing
At the start of the 2000s, a frozen pastry business was developed as a supplement, intended for professionals : distributors in the bakery / pastry sector, catering, caterers ... Today, the company employs 40 people.
